• Equipment remains the property of RG Jones at all times. The Hirer is responsible for the safe and proper use of all items during the rental period.
• Hire charges apply for each day or agreed period the equipment is in the Hirer’s possession.
• The Hirer is responsible for insuring all hired equipment against damage, theft, or loss for its full replacement value.
• All equipment must be returned in good condition. Charges will apply for damage, loss, or late return.
• Cancellations may be subject to fees. Delivery delays or issues beyond our control may impact service timelines.

• All quotations are subject to written confirmation. Orders are considered binding once accepted by both parties.
• Goods remain the property of RG Jones until full payment is received.
• Warranty on supplied goods is typically 12 months, excluding misuse or unauthorised modification.
• Delays in delivery or installation do not constitute grounds for cancellation unless previously agreed.
