RGJ100 shuttles will meet trains from London at Cobham Stoke D’Abernon Station.

RETURN

RGJ shuttles will return guests to London bound trains departing Stoke D’Abernon Station at:

22:26 - Leaving Venue at 22:10

22:56 - Leaving Venue at 22:40

23:27 - Leaving venue at 23:10

23:57 - Leaving venue at 23:40

The shuttles will return guests at Woodlands Hotel, Premier Inn Hotel and Hilton hotel after the event. Exact times: tbc.

BY CAR

The Walled Garden is mysteriously well hidden. (Deliberately and magically, we’d like to think). There will be RGJ100 signs on the road, but when you turn into Woodyard Mead, you may briefly wonder whether we’ve sent you into a residential cul-de-sac! Fear not, just keep going right towards the big gates. For those who prefer technology to blind faith - What3Words location is liability.gear.mount.

A WORD ABOUT OCTOBER...

The venue is partially outdoors. There are tipis, a pergola and plenty of heated cosy places to retreat to, but you will spend some of the evening outside.

We also have a stunning autumnal firepit, there might even be a surprise guest with a guitar. (And we promise no Kumbaya!)

We have ordered a crisp, dry October evening. Whether Surrey has received that order remains to be seen. So dress in your Bestivals. There’s no formal dress code. Bring something warm and wear shoes that can cope with a garden and busting a move.

Seriously. Don’t have dinner before you come. We’re incredibly lucky to have Simon Stallard (The Walled Garden’s brilliant resident chef), cooking for us. If you know Simon’s food, you’ll know why we’re excited. If you don’t, you’re in for a treat.
