About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join our Event Productions division at RG Jones. Reporting into the Head of Events, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery — from the initial client brief to the final guest leaving the venue.
This is a client-facing role where creativity, precision, and diplomacy matter. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and our in-house technical specialists to bring high-end productions to life — on time, on budget, and always to the highest standard.
You’ll Succeed Here If You…
- Have at least 2 years’ proven experience delivering corporate events, conferences, or luxury private events
- Are confident translating client vision into technical reality
- Can independently manage budgets, schedules, proposals, and supplier contracts
- Have a reputation for building strong, professional client and partner relationships
- Are calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Possess a solid understanding of event logistics, venue operations, and Health & Safety compliance
- Care about detail — from cue sheets and floorplans to client communication and creative touches
- Believe that sustainability and efficiency are essential to excellent event delivery
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the lead point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded
- Preparing and presenting proposals, budgets, and technical documentation with confidence
- Coordinating with our in-house production, design, and operations teams
- Managing external suppliers and freelance crews with authority and professionalism
- Overseeing logistics, schedules, and onsite delivery for live events
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and producing RAMS as required
- Reconciling project costs and ensuring commercial accuracy
- Supporting new business opportunities, pitches, and creative proposals
